We specialize in cooking great hot-grilled food at town festivals, fairs, sporting events, grand openings, and all sorts of special events. We also are available to cater company picnics, bachelor parties, birthday parties, and tail-gate parties; prepared at your location.
Our specialties include hotdogs, brats, polish and other sausages, as well as smoked brisket, Pistol Pete's (soon-to-be) famous Potato Soup and Pistol Pete's 13 Bean Dream. Our mobile kitchen is very versatile, so we can prepare many other dishes to meet your catering needs.
